With gasoline prices starting to creep up again it is time to take another look at the Ford EcoBoost technology. In the right hand column I have put up a short one minute video that shows how explosive the EcoBoost turbocharged engine will be as well as fun to drive.
The new 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6 engine will first make its way into the Ford Flex, Ford Taurus SHO, Lincoln MKS sedan and Lincoln MKT crossover vehicles. This new engine will deliver a fuel economy lift of around 20 percent plus give you that boost of power just when you need it. The fuel savings alone is like getting almost 4 free gallons of gas everytime you fill up. By 2013 90 percent of Fords line-up have EcoBoost technology.

The First Taurus
The Ford Taurus was first produced in 1985 for release in 1986. These cars gave their manufactures a revamped and revitalized appearance. A new aerodynamic design and an emphasis on increased visibility paved the way for enthusiastic customers.
